Grace Kids
Grace Kids exists to partner with families in the gospel-centered discipleship of our children.
Sunday mornings with Grace Kids are Christ-centered. We focus on showing kids how Jesus is the answer to life’s deepest questions and his story is the central story woven through all of scripture. Using the Gospel Project curriculum we cover major stories in the Bible from Genesis to Revelation over a three-year cycle. Every story points us to Jesus.
Grace Kids seeks to partner with families in the Christian nurture and discipleship of their children. For this reason, it is strongly encouraged that parents be actively involved in supporting the Children’s Ministry – prayerfully, practically, and intentionally.
At Grace Village, families are encouraged to read, sing, pray, and worship together. Just before the sermon the children aged 3-grade 2 are dismissed for Grace Kids until the end of the service. There is a nursery available for the entirety of the service for children 0-2.
Sunday Morning
We envision a church in which families and volunteers of Grace Kids partner together to create and nurture environments that are safe, loving, and conducive to Christ-Centred gospel learning and whole-person maturation.
We envision a generation of young people who:
Know, love, trust, and obey Christ as the treasure of their hearts
Trust and delight in the Word of God as authoritative and true
Love and cherish the Church as the Body and Bride of Christ
Are active in missional, Spirit-filled living
Are committed to discipling the next generation
