What can I expect?
We’re so glad to have you join us for worship!
Here’s what you can expect when you join us for a Sunday service:
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces. Whether it’s your first time at church or you’ve been following Jesus for years, you’ll feel at home here. Join us for coffee after every service, we’d love to get to know you better.
A Warm Welcome
Our Sunday services follow a particular order(called a liturgy). Liturgy helps walk us through the beautiful story of the gospel of Jesus. The songs and readings, the prayers and participation, are arranged in a way so that we rehearse the good news of God’s grace to us. Our liturgy has 7 main movements: God Calls, We Respond, God Cleanses, We Respond, God Speaks, We Commune, and God Sends.
A Gospel-Centered Liturgy
We sing a mix of contemporary worship songs and classic hymns. You can check out our playlist on Spotify to hear the songs we will sing on the upcoming Sunday. We’ll project the lyrics to the songs so don’t worry if you don’t know the words. Check out this playlist for all the songs we sing (updated occasionally).
Worship That Connects
We love kids at Grace Village! We’ve got age-appropriate programs where they can experience God’s love in a fun and engaging way. We also love to have children in our services, and think that a little noise is better than silence!
There is a nursery for kids age 0-2 and Sunday School during the back half of the service from age 3-Grade 2.
